Refund Policy

Any refunds of fees paid by a candidate will be processed strictly under the following conditions, ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions, in accordance with the terms specified herein:


1) General Terms of Refund Policy

(Applicable to all Courses & Programs)

a) No candidate, irrespective of the course they are enrolled in, shall be eligible to claim a refund on any grounds other than those specifically mentioned herein. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personal health issues
  • Financial reasons
  • Timing issues in training programs/courses
  • Unnotified leaves
  • Physical or mental disability

b) If a candidate fails to pay the outstanding fee within the notice period, their admission shall be cancelled, and the fee already paid shall be forfeited and will not be refundable.

c) If a candidate fails to meet behavioural expectations as per the institute’s policy or is involved in any prohibited activities, leading to cancellation of admission/registration, no refund shall be provided.

d) In the unfortunate event of death or permanent disability of the candidate, NG Networks will release the candidate and their family from any further financial obligations under the enrolment agreement.

  • A prorated refund may be offered depending on services rendered, at the sole discretion of the management.
  • The family shall have no right to claim any refund.


2) Specific Terms of Refund Policy (Course-wise)

a) Certification Programs & Customised Programs

i) Refund requests can only be submitted within the first 3 days of the program and are subject to management approval.

ii) No refund will be provided once a batch is assigned to the candidate.

iii) NG Networks shall be liable to issue a refund only if the institute is unable to schedule classes as agreed, subject to the batch allotment policy.

iv) In no other case shall any candidate be entitled to claim a refund.


b) Job Guarantee Program

i) Candidates are eligible for a full refund within the first 3 days of enrollment.

After this period, refunds will only be considered if:

  • The candidate has diligently followed all terms of admission, and
  • NG Networks fails to fulfill its commitments.

ii) Refund may be issued if the institute fails to schedule classes as agreed, subject to the batch allotment policy.

iii) A partial refund may be claimed if NG Networks fails to provide a minimum of 5 interview opportunities.

  • The refund amount will depend on the services already delivered.

iv) In no other case shall any candidate be entitled to claim a refund.


3) Refunds Post-Placement

Candidates are not eligible for any refund if:

  • They secure a job through NG Networks’ support, or
  • They obtain a job independently

Additionally, if a candidate:

  • Refuses to apply for jobs, or
  • Does not attend scheduled interviews

They will not be eligible for any refund.


4) Subscription-Based Model

a) All subscription fees paid to NG Networks are strictly non-refundable.

b) Payments, once processed, will not be refunded under any circumstances, including:

  • Cancellation
  • Non-usage of services
  • Dissatisfaction with course content
  • Inability to fully utilize the subscription

c) Subscribers acknowledge that no refund claims will be entertained due to the nature of the subscription model and upfront resource allocation.

d) Cancellation and Termination:

  • Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time.
  • However, no refund will be provided for any fees already paid.

i) Upon cancellation, access to services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
